Standard
Our quality control, production and management are based on ISO9001 quality system and strictly follow IATF16949.
Production Line
The whole production line, processes, and its equipment, tools and jigs are specially planned and designed following IATF 16949 before construction.
Quality Management
We use tools and methods of IATF16949 to collect data, analyze root and correct or improve process control.
Make complete inspections for raw material, process, and final products to make sure customers' requirements are conformed.
We also have strict management and maintenance plan for equipment and tools that keep the production to run efficiently and precisely.
Training
To reduce artificial error and deviation, our workers are all trained and qualified for their positions.
Customer Focus
Directed by customer's requirements, our final goal is to reach customers' satisfaction with product quality. Only when samples, FAI and all preparation work verified and approved by clients, we would proceed to mass production, and likewise to final delivery.
